At CTVVXXC, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

We offer free shipping across the 48 contiguous United States, primarily via FedEx and other trusted logistics partners. Certain remote areas may not be serviceable or may incur additional shipping fees, depending on the specific order.


Notice: E-Bikes Are Not for Sale to Persons Under the Age of 18. Underage riders MUST be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.


Shipping Coverage

We currently offer free shipping within the following 48 U.S. states:

AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska (AK)
  • Hawaii (HI)
  • Puerto Rico (PR)
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses


Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouses located in California and Florida.


Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

Estimated delivery times:

  • E-bikes: 3–5 business days
  • Accessories & parts: 6–10 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or carrier conditions.


Address Changes

  • Address changes are free before a tracking number is generated.
  • After shipment, address changes may incur a $50 fee per item.
  • Refused or undeliverable packages may incur a $200 fee.

Please note that any changes after shipment (including address updates or delivery preferences) may cause delays.

For e-bike orders, changes to color or size must be requested before shipment.

Important Notes

Shipping times may be affected by holidays or unexpected carrier delays.

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment. If tracking is not immediately available, please check again later.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos as proof.

We will review the case and make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.


Custom Orders

Certain custom items (such as battery keys or lock-related components) are non-standard inventory and may require 6–10 business days for production and delivery.

Please ensure that accurate key or lock codes are provided when placing your order.


Delivery Disclaimer

Once a package is marked as delivered, CTVVXXC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we will assist customers in filing claims with the carrier when applicable.


Liability Disclaimer

CTVVXXC is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage caused by the actions or omissions of shipping carriers such as FedEx or other logistics providers.
