At CTVVXXC, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.

We offer free shipping across the 48 contiguous United States, primarily via FedEx and other trusted logistics partners. Certain remote areas may not be serviceable or may incur additional shipping fees, depending on the specific order.


Notice: E-Bikes Are Not for Sale to Persons Under the Age of 18. Underage riders MUST be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.


Shipping Coverage

We currently offer free shipping within the following 48 U.S. states:

AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska (AK)
  • Hawaii (HI)
  • Puerto Rico (PR)
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses


Shipping Origin

E-bikes are shipped from our U.S. warehouses located in California.

Accessories and replacement parts may ship from different fulfillment locations depending on product availability.


Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipment.

Estimated delivery times:

  • E-bikes: 2–3 business days
  • Accessories & parts: 5–8 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or carrier conditions.


Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Before Shipment: Address changes and order modifications (such as color or size updates) are FREE if requested before a tracking number is generated.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are subject to a $50 carrier interception and redirection fee per item.
  • Refused or Undeliverable Packages: For large items such as e-bikes, if a package is refused upon delivery or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, a flat $200 return shipping and restocking fee will apply.

Please note that any changes after shipment (including address updates or delivery preferences) may cause delays.

Important Notes

Shipping times may be affected by holidays or unexpected carrier delays.

Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment. If tracking is not immediately available, please check again later.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos as proof.

We will review the case and make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Shipping Damage & Protection

Customers are advised to inspect the e-bike upon delivery.

Seel Delivery Protection:
If purchased at checkout, your order is protected against loss, theft, and damage during transit. In the event of an issue, claims must be submitted through the Seel Resolution Center within the required timeframe. All claims and compensation are handled by Seel and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Standard Shipping (Without Protection):

  • If Seel Delivery Protection is not selected, customers may still contact us regarding shipping-related issues.
  • We are committed to delivering your order safely. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence. We will review the issue and arrange return and refund service accordingly.
  • Customers may also choose Seel Delivery Protection for an enhanced claims and expedited resolution process.

 

Custom Orders

Certain custom items, such as replacement battery keys or lock-related components, may require additional processing time before shipment.

Estimated delivery time for these items is typically 6–10 business days.

Please ensure that accurate key or lock codes are provided when placing your order.

 

Shipping Delays

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or high shipping volumes.

If your order is delayed, we kindly ask for your patience. You may contact us at support@ctvvxxc.com, and we will assist in tracking your shipment and communicating with the carrier where possible.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by shipping carriers generally do not qualify for order cancellation or compensation. However, we will provide support in resolving any shipping-related issues whenever possible.


Delivery Disclaimer

Once a package is marked as delivered, the responsibility for the package typically transfers to the recipient. However, we will assist customers in communicating with the carrier and filing claims when applicable.


Liability Disclaimer

We work with trusted shipping carriers such as FedEx and other logistics providers to deliver your order. While we strive to ensure safe delivery, issues such as loss, theft, or damage during transit may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will assist customers in working with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue whenever possible.
