Warranty Policy
CTVVXXC One-Year Limited Warranty & Replacement Policy
This Limited Warranty is issued by Blaze Cycle Innovations, Inc. and is effective as of March 20, 2026.
This warranty policy applies to all CTVVXXC products. For products purchased through third-party authorized channels (such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other authorized retailers), order-related matters should follow the respective platform’s return and refund policies. However, manufacturer warranty coverage for eligible product components is still supported directly by CTVVXXC in accordance with the terms outlined in this Warranty Policy.
CTVVXXC stands behind the quality of its products and is committed to providing you with a confident and reliable purchasing experience.
Please read the following terms carefully to understand the warranty coverage, component replacement policies, and technical support services applicable to all CTVVXXC e-bikes, components, and accessories.
For Original Purchasers
We provide a 1-year limited warranty for every CTVVXXC e-bike (excluding wear-and-tear items). The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.
For Subsequent Owners
The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners for the remaining balance of the original warranty period (excluding wear-and-tear items), provided that valid proof of the original purchase is supplied, including the original purchaser's name and order number. The warranty period continues from the original delivery date and does not restart upon transfer of ownership.
Note:
- Original purchaser: refers to any customer who purchased the product through the official CTVVXXC website or an authorized third-party sales channel.
- Subsequent owner: refers to any later owner of the e-bike.
Please contact our customer support team for warranty assistance regarding replacement parts, accessories, or complete units.
For Individually Purchased Accessories
We provide a 1-year limited warranty for separately purchased accessories. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery.
Wear-and-tear items are not covered under warranty. Please refer to the "Wear-and-Tear Items" section below for a complete list of excluded components.
