Warranty Policy
CTVVXXC One-Year Limited Warranty & Replacement Policy
This Limited Warranty is issued by Blaze Cycle Innovations, Inc. and is effective as of March 20, 2026.
This policy applies only to products sold through the official CTVVXXC website: ctvvxxc.com.
Products purchased through other channels (such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.) are subject to their respective warranty policies.
CTVVXXC stands behind the quality of its products and is committed to providing you with a confident purchasing experience.
Please read the following terms carefully to understand the return, restocking, and warranty policies applicable to all CTVVXXC e-bikes, components, and accessories.
For Original Purchasers
We provide a 1-year limited warranty for every CTVVXXC e-bike (excluding wear-and-tear items).
The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.
For Subsequent Owners
We provide a 1-year limited warranty for subsequent owners (excluding wear-and-tear items), provided that valid proof of the original purchase is supplied (including the original purchaser’s name and order number).
The warranty period still begins from the original delivery date.
Note:
- “Original purchaser” refers to the customer who purchased directly from the official CTVVXXC website.
- “Subsequent owner” refers to any later owner of the e-bike.
Replacement of parts, accessories, or entire units may incur shipping costs.

For Individually Purchased Accessories
We provide a 1-year limited warranty for separately purchased accessories.
1. Within 14 Days of Delivery:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted.
- If the accessory has a quality issue, CTVVXXC will cover all shipping costs.
- If there is no quality issue, exchanges are not accepted.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking/shipping fee (minimum $15).
2. After 14 Days of Delivery:
Returns or exchanges due to non-quality-related reasons are not accepted.
Note:
Wear-and-tear items are not covered under warranty, including but not limited to:
tires, brake pads, bearings, chains, freewheel hubs, handlebar grips, rubber components, derailleurs, brake cables and housings, spokes, cassettes, stripped threads/bolts, tools, drivetrain gears, etc.
Battery
Due to the nature of lithium-ion batteries, CTVVXXC batteries are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Power surges
- Improper chargers
- Improper maintenance or misuse
- Water damage
- Normal wear and tear
Normal battery capacity degradation over time is not considered a defect and is not covered.
Important Notice:
If the battery is not used for more than two weeks, it may become over-discharged and unable to recharge.
This is considered improper use and is not covered under warranty.
Recommendation:
Fully charge the battery before long-term storage and disconnect it from the bike.
Components
CTVVXXC original components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Shipping costs for replacement parts may be borne by the customer.
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear not caused by defects in materials or workmanship
- Components typically excluded include (but are not limited to):
brake pads, rotors, spokes, tires/tubes, chains, chainrings, cassettes, cranksets - Corrosion caused by environmental factors (e.g., humidity, high temperature)
- Cosmetic damage, coating wear, or aesthetic deterioration
The following components are included (but not limited to):
frame, fork, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crankset, pedals, rims, hubs, freewheels, derailleurs, shifters, motor, throttle, controller, wiring, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware.
If defects are caused by shipping or initial quality issues, they must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Under normal use, these core components remain covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Damage caused by misuse or normal wear will be subject to paid service.
Additional exclusions:
- Labor costs for installation or replacement
- Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or abnormal use
- Improper storage or exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, dust, or sand
- Unauthorized modifications or external stress (physical/electrical/mechanical)
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage not caused by CTVVXXC
- Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers
- Damage caused by non-approved accessories or third-party components
- Improper assembly, maintenance, or operation not following the user manual
- External causes (collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, theft, improper power usage)
- Products used or purchased outside the United States
Wear-and-Tear Items
Wear-and-tear items refer to parts that naturally degrade during normal use and are not covered under warranty.
Examples include (but are not limited to):
tires, bearings, brake pads, chains, freewheel hubs, grips, rubber components, cables, spokes, cassettes, stripped bolts, tools, drivetrain gears.
Warranty Claim Process
CTVVXXC will not provide replacement parts without prior review of visual evidence (photos/videos).
To submit a claim:
- Email: ctvvxxc@gmail.com
- Provide your Order ID and issue description
- Submit clear photos or videos
Our team will:
- Diagnose the issue
- Provide troubleshooting guidance
- Approve replacement if applicable
Chargebacks:
If a chargeback dispute occurs, CTVVXXC reserves the right to suspend warranty services during the dispute resolution process.
Shipping Damage Claims
Customers are strongly advised to inspect the e-bike immediately upon delivery.
Seel Delivery Protection:
If purchased at checkout, your order is fully covered against:
- Loss
- Theft
- Transit damage
Claims must be submitted within 7 days via the Seel Resolution Center.
Standard Shipping:
If Seel protection is not purchased:
- Shipping damage is not covered under this warranty
- However, if reported within 48 hours with photo evidence, CTVVXXC may provide replacement parts
- For packages marked as “Delivered,” CTVVXXC is not responsible for theft but will assist in communication with the carrier where possible
Performance Disclaimer
Range and top speed are estimated values and may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, riding style, battery level, weather conditions, and other factors.
Liability Disclaimer
Riding an e-bike involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death.
Customers are responsible for ensuring proper safety and inspection before riding.
CTVVXXC strongly recommends having the bike inspected by a certified technician upon receipt.
CTVVXXC does not guarantee that all components are properly adjusted or tightened upon delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTVVXXC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
Theft Policy
Stolen bikes are not covered under warranty.
We recommend:
- Recording your bike’s serial number
- Registering it with local authorities
- Using a high-quality lock
Non-Warranty Conditions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or abnormal use
- Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by non-approved accessories
- Improper assembly, maintenance, or operation
- External causes (fire, flood, collision, weather, theft, etc.)
Battery-specific exclusions:
- Use of incompatible or improper chargers
- Tampering with battery seals
- Use with non-designated devices
- Use of non-original batteries
We do not recommend using third-party batteries, even if voltage appears similar (e.g., 58V), as differences in protection systems may damage the motor or display.
