Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii?
No, currently, we are only capable of shipping to the Contiguous United States.If possible, do you have any friends of relatives in other State, so that you can leave their address.And after we ship the bike there, you could ask them a favor for shipping it to you.
How long should it take for my CTVVXXC ebike to arrive?
In-stock orders typically ship within 1~2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 3~5 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
Is shipping always free?
Yes, all products purchased from our official website include free shipping within the United States. There are no additional shipping fees.
What if I haven’t received my package?
Track via the shipping number provided; typical delivery is 3-5 business days.
Weekend orders may experience delayed updates.

What if my package shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Please check with family members, neighbors, or your property management to see if someone accepted the package on your behalf.
You may also contact FedEx at +1-877-339-2274 with your tracking number to confirm delivery details.
If the package cannot be located, we recommend filing a claim with FedEx. If you suspect theft, please report it to your local authorities.

What if the package is broken/the item scratches when arrived?
Minor scratches or wear may occur during transportation despite careful packaging.
If your item arrives damaged or with noticeable issues, please send us clear photos at support@ctvvxxc.com, and we will assist you promptly.

How can I use a discount code?
You can apply your discount code at checkout. Enter the code in the discount field and click apply to see the updated total.

What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Installment payments are available via Shop Pay at checkout, subject to eligibility.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer installment payment options through Shop Pay. Simply select Shop Pay at checkout to see available payment plans. Eligibility is determined at checkout.
What should I do if payment fails?
Verify your shipping address and try a different payment method (PayPal, credit card, or installment).
Complete security checks (OTP, verification code, facial ID) carefully and avoid repeated attempts.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Your order can only be canceled before it ships. To request a cancellation, please contact us HERE.
Please note that cancellation requests may not be processed during weekends or holidays.
How do I change my shipping address?
Address changes are free before a tracking number is generated.
Please contact us HERE as soon as possible.
Once the order has been shipped, we will contact the carrier (FedEx) on your behalf to request an address change. Please note that changes are not guaranteed and may incur a $50 fee per item (especially for large items such as e-bikes).
Refused or undeliverable packages may incur a return fee of up to $200 (applicable to large items such as electric bikes).

Does my CTVVXXC ebike come pre-assembled?
Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube Channel.

Can I ride my e-bike with a passenger?
Carrying more than one passenger or exceeding the recommended weight capacity is not permitted, as it may affect balance, control, and overall riding safety.
Please ride with caution and follow all applicable local regulations.
Can I ride my CTVVXXC e-bike on rainy days?
CTVVXXC e-bikes are water-resistant and can be used in light rain or on wet roads. However, they are not designed for full water exposure.
Avoid riding through deep water or submerging the battery and electrical components, as this may cause damage.
After riding in wet conditions, we recommend drying the bike thoroughly, especially around the battery and charging port, before charging.
Please note that water damage is not covered under warranty.
If the battery is dead, can I still ride?
If the battery is depleted, you can still ride the e-bike by pedaling like a regular bicycle. However, please note that riding without motor assistance may require more effort.
What is the top speed of the e-bike?
On flat terrain and under optimal conditions, the e-bike can reach a top speed of 45–50 mph with a full battery. Actual speed may vary depending on rider weight, road conditions, and riding mode.
What is the maximum range of the e-bike?
Our e-bike is built for long-distance performance:
- Up to 40–100 miles in pedal assist mode
- Up to 25–50 miles in pure electric mode
Range may vary depending on riding conditions and usage.
How long does it take to charge the battery?
The e-bike is equipped with a 3A fast charger. Charging from 20% to 100% typically takes 6–8 hours.
Charging time may vary depending on battery condition and ambient temperature.
How safe is the e-bike?
The e-bike comes with four-piston hydraulic brakes for reliable stopping power and a 600-lumen front light for visibility. The frame is made from high-strength 6061 aerospace-grade aluminum, ensuring durability and stability.
How do I update my account information?
Log in to your account using your email address and password. Once logged in, you can update your name, password, and billing or shipping information.
Can CTVVXXC e-bikes be serviced at any bicycle shop?
Most standard bicycle shops can assist with basic mechanical maintenance, such as brakes, tires, and drivetrain adjustments.

Best Practices
1. Store your bike in a clean, dry place to prevent rust.
2. Ensure all components are properly tightened according to the recommended torque specifications.
3. Make sure the frame and handlebar latches are securely locked before riding.
4. Clean and lubricate moving parts regularly.
5. Clean the bike frame with a damp cloth and a mild cleaner. Dry thoroughly and lubricate where necessary.
6. Keep your tires inflated within the recommended pressure range indicated on the tire sidewall.
7. Before each ride, ensure all electrical connections are secure.
Inspect Regularly
1. Inflate your tires to the recommended pressure listed on the tire sidewall.
2. Lubricate the chain regularly to ensure smooth and quiet drivetrain performance.
3. Ensure all hardware is properly tightened according to the recommended torque specifications.
4. Check your brake pads for wear and replace them if necessary.
5. Check shifting performance and adjust the derailleur if needed.
6. Clean the bike frame with a mild, low-residue cleaner and dry thoroughly.
7. Check spoke tension and adjust if necessary. Refer to the user manual for recommended specifications.
Chain
The chain is an essential part of your e-bike drivetrain. Proper maintenance will help keep it running smoothly:
1. Clean the chain regularly to remove dirt and debris.
2. Lubricate the chain with a suitable bicycle chain lubricant.
3. Check chain tension and adjust if necessary to ensure smooth shifting performance.
4. Replace the chain when it shows signs of wear to prevent damage to other drivetrain components.
Brake
Brakes are critical for your safety. Proper maintenance helps ensure reliable braking performance:
1. Inspect brake pads regularly for wear and replace them when necessary.
2. Ensure proper brake performance and adjust components as needed.
3. Check brake caliper alignment and adjust if required.
4. For models equipped with hydraulic brakes, follow proper maintenance procedures as outlined in the user manual.
Extended Battery Life
Tips to help extend your riding range and battery life:
1. Avoid using full throttle at very low speeds or when starting from a stop.
2. Assist the motor by pedaling when climbing hills or accelerating.
3. Use lower power levels whenever possible to reduce energy consumption.
4. Avoid steep climbs whenever possible, as they increase power usage.
5. Avoid sudden starts and stops.
6. Accelerate smoothly to improve efficiency.
Tire
CTVVXXC recommends a tire pressure of 10–20 PSI for stock tires. Always follow the maximum pressure indicated on the tire sidewall.
Maintaining proper tire pressure is important for safety and performance. Avoid riding with underinflated or overinflated tires.
Tires may wear over time or be damaged by punctures, impacts, or other conditions. Replace tires or inner tubes if wear or damage is observed.
When changing a tire or inner tube, ensure all air is fully released before removal.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty do CTVVXXC e-bikes have?
CTVVXXC offers a 1-year limited warranty for original owners who purchase from our official website.
This warranty covers material or manufacturing defects under normal use.
It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, modifications, or accidents.

Can I return my order for personal reasons?
Yes, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original components (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).
